Is it possible to make it so all fields all visible when an admin is creating an account? Maybe i missed the option or something but right now if I attach fields for a role "Example" and the filed is "First Name" that field is not on the registration or profile edit pages of any user's other than the Example role. That is as designed and all users registering are of the anonymous role so they shouldn't see that field.

But if an admin is creating an account, they should be able to see the fields because they know what fields are needed for the role they are creating. right now, i have to create a user, then click edit once finished and the role fields appear if I applied that role to the user. That seems like double work and an extra step.
