The recent patch for non form based actions missed the accept/deny action when viewing a user. This was still using buddylist_approval_form which doesn't work any longer.

This patch changes the action to use the accept/deny links which is consistent with all other actions and the buddylist tables.

Removed the unused form as well.

This patch still works against current CVS. This bug needs to be fixed. To see the bug invite a user with approval required then log in as the other user and view the user account of the requestor and see the form is there - and doesn't work.

I created a new issue for it in order to keep the status of this one closed, as this report was ticketed against HEAD.
