Width inconsistency

With both sidebars, the width is 1040, but with just one sidebar it drops to 800. I suppose it's a design choice, but I've some pages that have an empty right sidebar. That means the width flops back and forth as you navigate through the site.

Personally, I'd rather have the center column expand to fill the space of the right sidebar when that is empty.
