This patch seemed to work for me after I cleaned up a few references to Drupal 6 in the .info file of the module. I'm in favor of the simplicity of this module compared to some of the larger Facebook solutions.

jfirebau is correct, you just have to delete or replace all the D6 references in de .info file. Thanks.
