The menu item 'Date popup configuration' now shows up as /admin/structure/date_popup, in the Structure submenu between items as content types; blocks; menus.
A better place would be as /admin/config/date_popup. The title could then also be shortened to 'Date popup', as it is already under Configuration.

Actually you can't put it there or it won't show up, it has to go into a sub-menu. Which is why I didn't do it that way in the first place.

But I added it to the 'Content Authoring' sub-menu for now.
