I am a freelance programmer. Do you have a security update alert flashing in your admin? I will update Drupal for you. Do you need to configure or update a module? I am often in the https://www.drupal.org/irc chat room, willing to lend a hand with those who have questions. In addition to this, I live in Philadelphia and frequently attend the monthly Drupal meetup at Zivtech. In addition to learning about Drupal myself, I take a special joy in helping newbies to realize how much Drupal can do for them!
