User Mailman Register is a Drupal web interface for managing subscriptions to Mailman (version 2) mailing lists.
Permissions and anonymous subscriptions
Access to Mailman lists via this module is controlled by separate permissions for the list subscription form and for each list.

Import Mailman subscriptions status
The User Mailman Register Import Tool submodule can be used to import and synchronize subscriptions from a Mailman server.
