DXPR CMS
Overview
DXPR CMS is an AI-first Drupal 11 starter kit for marketing websites. Unlike traditional distributions, it uses the Drupal recipe system, allowing site builders to select which features to install and to apply updates without overriding site-specific configuration. AI capabilities are woven throughout -- from installation to content creation to theming.
Architecture
DXPR CMS ships 25 recipes covering admin UI, content types, page building, theming, SEO, analytics, AI, authentication, forms, multilingual support, performance, and privacy. A minimal install applies only the core recipes; optional recipes (Case Studies, Events, Forms, Google Analytics, News, SEO Tools, Multilingual) can be added during installation or later.

Installation
DXPR CMS supports DDEV-based local development with four installation methods: a web-based installer, a CLI installer, a CLI installer with recipe selection, and an AI-assisted installer using Claude Code. See the project README for detailed instructions.
