DubBot toolbar integration

DubBot provides a DubBot Toolbar (dubbot_toolbar) submodule that provides out of the box Toolbar integration.
This module automatically adds a toolbar icon that indicates the issues found by DubBot, if any, and shows them in a dialog when clicking on it.
