Upgrade from 1.x

If Service Links 1.x is already installed in your system, you should be aware of these important changes before upgrade it:

1. Services are now separated from the original module, be sure to enable one of XXX Services (for compatibility try General Services);
2. enable the services you want show in admin/settings/service_links/services and sort them;
3. Clear also the cache for rebuild the menu system.
