Using the Recent Leads block

The HubSpot module provides a Latest Leads block for Drupal administrators to see their recent lead activity at a glance, without having to log in to HubSpot's systems. The block is available in both Drupal 6 and 7, although it behaves slightly differently in each.

Drupal 6

The Drupal 6 block appears in your block list named "HubSpot Recent Leads", and you can configure it just like any other block. However, the block will only appear to user roles granted the "see recent hubspot leads" permission, as you don't want random website guests seeing your HubSpot leads information.

Drupal 7

Drupal 7 introduced a new admin dashboard, with customizable blocks to display the latest info. The Drupal 7 version of the HubSpot Recent Leads block automatically appears in the list of available blocks for the admin dashboard; you can also place it in any other block location by going to the block configuration and specifying the region to display in for your default theme.

Again, the block only displays for user roles granted the "see recent hubspot leads" permission.
