Import Users
The User Provisioning Sync module provides you the feature to import users. This feature is helpful during migration of users from one Drupal site to another or importing users from another CMS to Drupal site.
Prerequisite
- Download and configure the miniOrange User Provisioning module in your Drupal site.
Steps to Import Users
-
Once you are done with SCIM Server Configuration, navigate to the Advanced Settings tab of the User Provisioning module.

Import Users
This feature allows you to import users from a .csv or .json file.
- Scroll down to the Import users section.
-
Select the .csv or .json file from which you want to import users, and then click the Import button.

-
In the Current Drupal Custom Field, enter the attribute name where you want to store the imported user’s custom attribute.

- The Update the user if already exist checkbox updates the user information instead of creating a new user if the user is already present in Drupal.
-
Click on the Import button.

- You can confirm the users have been imported by navigating to the People tab.
