Sidebar Blocks

There are two optional sidebar blocks, that simplify using Burndown.

The "Cloud" block shows a list of projects that exist within the system. The side of the font for each project depends on the number of active/open tasks, which is a reasonable stand-in for the amount of activity currently happening on that project. Only published projects will be displayed in the Cloud block. The block is also cached, so changes may take a few minutes to appear. You can click on a project to navigate to it.

The Sidebar Navigation block shows two groups of links that simplify navigation:

List of boards:

• Backlog: Link to the backlog for the current project
• Project Board: Link to the project board for the current project
• Completed Tasks: Link to the completed tasks board for the current project

• Burndown Dashboard: Link to the overall dashboard
• Add a Project (if user has permission): A quick link to add a new project into the system
• Edit the Project (if user has permission): A quick link to edit the current project that the user is viewing
• Add a Task: Add a new task to the current project
