  • Create a new workspace


Allows the user to create new workspaces on the site.


  • View own workspace


Switch to a workspace created by the user.


  • View any workspace


Switch to any workspace.


  • Edit own workspace


Edit the settings for a workspace created by the user.


  • Edit any workspace


Edit the settings for any workspace.


  • Delete own workspace


Delete a workspace created by the user.


  • Delete any workspace


Delete any of the workspaces.


  • Bypass content entity access in own workspace


When a user has this permission they will be able to create, update, and delete any entity (Node, Block Content, Taxonomy etc) in their own workspace.


  • Update any workspace from upstream


Pull content changes down from the upstream / target workspace.


  • Set or update replication settings fields


Edit the replication settings within a workspace.


  • View the <workspace> workspace


Switch to a given workspace. For example "View the Spring Campaign workspace" will allow the user to switch to that workspace.


  • Edit the <workspace> workspace


Edit the settings for the given workspace.


  • Delete the <workspace> workspace


Delete the given workspace.


  • Bypass content entity access in the <workspace> workspace.


The same as the "Bypass content entity access in own workspace" permission but for a given workspace, rather then a workspace created by the current user.
