Adding service_account User account

Now that the Service Account Role is setup, add a "service_account" user and assign it to the role.

Log into the site with the new account credentials. Verify permissions by adding a API Post Transaction test post.

IMPORTANT

While logged in as service_account, you'll want to grab it's Session Token. Visit (https://)/session/token and copy the token sting to a text scratch file locally, this token is needed later when building reaction rules.
