Go to
admin/structure/preview-graphq
We click on add preview graphql entity. We choose the node entity type but we can select also the bundle.
If selected the preview will be enable only on bundle selected. For more granularity you can also override front uri, graphql query & fragment.

The last settings before the override must to match with what your query need to receive. In our example it's not an NodeArticle graphql type directly but a Node. If you set per bundle, you will get an graphQL exception saying that node article has no node article inside him.
If you select multiple bundle, deriver will send to your query, the correspondence of entity bundle which request the preview.
