The fastest way to learn how to create and use Packages is to read through the example Packages included in the module.
Packages example: Page: This Package has no configuration and requires the Access packages example page permission. When enabled, a page located at /packages-example-page will be accessible.
Packages example: Login greeting: This Package is configurable and requires no additional permission. When enabled, a message will greet you when you log in.
