Switch default AI Modules and AI Recipes to work with Drupal AI

Problem/Motivation

#3482381: Start a new 2.0.x branch and transition to Drupal AI along with necessary providers

Proposed resolution

• Add all new used modules and recipes from the 2.0.x into the 1.0.x branch.
• Keep old modules in the 1.0.x branch as a step for a smoother upgrade process to Varbase AI ~2.0

• Keep the OpenAI / ChatGPT Integration, but not to enable it
• Keep the AI Interpolator, but not to enable it
• Keep the AI Interpolator OpenAI, but not to enable it
