wrong redirect in forms wen using url not beginning with something else then www.

When i first installed drupal did not work. when i tried to submit a user the page redirected to a http:///?=user page that gave a file dns error because that does not work :) when i changed my config back to www.mydomain.com it worked fine. Looks like a wrong substr or something

It only fails in form tags
