I am technologist with a taste for business. Over the years I have helped build a number of very successful startups. I have been a Drupal user/developer since around Drupal 4.5 and a very active Drupal community member for a few years. If anyone still remembers DrupalCon Paris.

I often take an active role as much on the technology side as on the strategic issues, the commercial aspects and business development.

But I am foremost a software architect that gets a special kick from building large scale real-time systems that have to do complex stuff. I can write reasonably idiomatic code in three or four languages. And horrible unmaintainable hacks in quite a few more.

In my sparetime I help a few very cool start-ups.
