J.R. has a talent for helping people understand technology. He has been in the I.T. industry for over fifteen years, as a network engineer, programmer, I.T. manager, and, more recently, start-up co-founder. As Project Manager overseeing several multi-million dollar ERP system implementations for the Toyota Group, North America, he has a vast understanding of I.T. systems from conception through implementation.

J.R. has been active in the open source community (Drupal) for the last six years, developing websites and other open source software. He is also certified with Google Analytics. He enjoys welcoming new members to the open source community and has an excellent rapport with all of his clients and students.

When JR is not helping clients create better I.T. systems, he can be found trying to change the world in a more creative way at his favorite coffee shop (Hamilton Bakery in Fells Point) writing a novel (two published) or making amateur films for the 29 day film festival. Lights, Camera, Action!
