I am "the" Jack-of-all-Trades. I love to solve problems, either through smart use of technology or knowing when technology is not the answer.

I'm an IT Professional with a strong background in Project Management, Customer Support, ITSM, with years of experience from Sales, Marketing and Creative Design. I make sure everything is done, at the right time with the right way of doing it. I've released several applications and modules as a Solution Architect and Software Engineer as well.

For Drupal, I developed internal applications with Drupal in HPE as a Full-Stack Developer, Site Builder and Project Manager. Using Drupal 7, I built a Knowledgebase platform powered by Solr, with built-in analysis tools, dashboards, ITSM integration including LDAP. Automated newsletters sent via email for stakeholders. In Drupal 8 and 10, I built a a similar set of tools but converted all objects.

Also developed several Drupal applications as the agency I founded, Tech Ops PH.

I am also an instructor and faculty for University teaching Computer Science, IT and a bit of Design.

I helped organize Drupal Camp Manila 2016, 2018, 2019, and 2020. We do yearly Mentorship programs for beginners and other events for Drupal Pilipinas.

I worked as a Customer Success Engineer, Technical Lead, Engagement Manager and Manager of Implementation Services for Pantheon. We help customers site stability and performance, including code-level debugging and performance deep-dives. We also help new customers about their sites migrations, application integrations, and performance and load testing.
