New features

Nodeorder now implements hook_views_tables_alter() which lets it add weight_in_tid as a sortable field to the term_node table. So now you can sort your taxonomy views by weight_in_tid.

Also, Nodeorder now requires the jQuery Update, jQuery Interface, and jQuery Interface Sortable modules.

New Features: taxonomy terms used as ad keywords can now be restricted to a selected vocabulary, added support for ad campaings.

This will usually be the most recent stable version that incorporates bug fixes and new features. When enough are accumulated, I'll post to the other branch.
