To gain insight into the housing plans, to be able to assess them, to be able to manage the construction of sufficient and correct homes and for good spatial planning, it is important that reliable information is available about the planning capacity (housing plans) in North Holland. The Province of North Holland and the Amsterdam Metropolitan Area both make extensive use of this information and therefore work together as clients for the Plan Capacity Monitor to ensure that this data is collected in a reliable manner via the Plan Capacity Monitor.
