Loading author if title isn't available

Issue #2261845 by legendm33066: Count query now returns the right number.

• Setting the correct image MimeType
• Main image copyright, imagetext and title can now be set

Initial release. This has not been tested on production sites.

Fixed a notice that appears after upgrade. For complete list of changes in version 1.13, see the 1.13 release notes.

The 2.x branch has been abandoned, since the i18n improvements that we wanted to make were possible without a major rewrite.
Use 1.x instead.
