I would like to allow another role than administrator to update information in those two blocks, but not on the others.

The perfect stuff would be to allow a role to change only the content of the block (choosing which boss are down in manual mode, or which class are recruited at the moment) and not the the or the role needed to see the block for example.

In this way I can give this right to other guild managers without fear they change something in the web site they should not since they are not necessary aware of how drupal works...
