Releases for Webform Phone Number

Added explicit dependency on phone module version 7.x-1.x to .info file for users who can't be bothered to read module description page prior to installation.

Fixed issue with title display setting not being used in rendered output.

Backed out some changes made in 7.x-1.16 that broke compatibility with webform 7.x-3.x.

Re-Adding field width, default value, and disabled options that got missed in 7.x-1.12 through 7.x-1.14.

Fixing mandatory/required change to also support versions of webform prior to alpha8.

Change mandatory to required to match webform-4.x-alpha8.

Initial version of module with support for phone 7.x-2.x branch.

Known issues:
-Currently lacks support for form_builder module.

Added the ability to set the textfield length in the field settings.

Added form_builder integration back in to module.

Fixed bug 1821502: "Undefined index: value in _webform_render_phone()".

Support for form builder module added.

Removed #prefix and #suffix from field display per issue 1719660.

Added support for additional formatting options on the component title. Above, Inline, and None are now options for title display

Fix for warning on editing an existing submission when a zero length string was stored in the database for a phone field.
