have tested both versions am unable to get working

Hi = this is a great concept for a module = filter a view by another view, great! i have tested it pretty extensively and am unable to get anything to work. attached is a picture of the settings, not certain what Node Title: should hold.

The second attachment is a list of nids that I'm using as the filter (just making certain here) and also a view that I'm trying to filter showing the nids are present in both views... what am i missing here?
