I downloaded User List on 2011-02-25 originally. Lately, Drupal bugs me about new updates being available, when nothing has changed.

That is, I got a new version on 2013-09-11, and only the license file changed. Well, something has changed, so I can understand that new version.

But on 2013-10-01 and 2013-10-19, I got updates as well. However, only the version property and date comment in the .info file have changed. No actual changes are present at all.

If I don't update, I get e-mails from my website every day, so I update. After all, I don't want to miss out on actual updates. Since this isn't the only module with this problem (I have the exact same problem with Views PHP, on the same days!), I'm wondering why I'm getting updates if nothing at all has changed in these modules...
