I am having a problem with Url Fill coming into the site and adding a %3A%2F%2F instead of a :// after http when going into the body field.

Example:

http://posteezy.com/node/add/story?title=Men%27s+%E2%86%92+Tanks+%E2%86%...

I am currently using Drupal 6.26 and am looking for a way to either allow the %3A%2F%2F or convert it into ://

I have seen other strings like replacing slashes but nothing along the lines of this. A patch or direction to a module would be greatly appreciated!!
