Releases for URL Query Language Negotiator

This is the first alpha release of the URL Query Language module. It contains:

• Base language negotiation logic to support use of a query string parameter for language negotiation.
• The ability to customize the querystring parameter name.
• The ability to customize the incoming language code value instead of relying on internal Drupal language codes.
