Completely removed the CKEditor 4 compatible plugin code from the 2.1.x branch and releases. This release will only have code related to CKEditor 5.

Adds plugin compatible with CKEditor 5.
Development release with code for both CKEditor and CKEditor 5.
The module has now been modified to ensure that the required library is also downloaded using composer and placed in the libraries folder. Please note that the folder name for the library has been changed to 'tweetabletext'.
