Problem/Motivation

If a node has two scripted questions, form submissions always seem to target the first question. (At least if they questions are presented by two different fields.)

Proposed resolution

Find out what is going on and fix it. Some kind of identifier for the forms, based on which field they come from, is probably necessary. Maybe even which entity – in case multiple entities with questions are displayed at the same time.
