Releases for Token Default

Fix unexpected entity type error 3380543

Drupal 10 compatibility

Add install settings and enable when the module is enabled
(Thanks to Kristian for spotting this glaring omission)

Release including bug fixes for:
3045898 - Unused code causing fatal error on token default settings form
3045901 - Leave empty to allow any does not work
3045906 - Add token as module dependency

Initial alpha release - the module functions as intended but requires tests and needs more form refinement and error trapping.
