Releases for Term Reference Fancytree

First release, now with selection mode configurable.

Fixed issue where library wasn't being attached properly when field inside Paragraphs.

Add some bug fixes and support for inline entity form.

- Fix the "select all" feature. It was working only when "select children" was checked as well. Now, "select all" works if only the "select all" config is selected.

Added these options to the Widget configuration:
- Select All
- Select Children

When 'Select all' is checked, a 'select all' link is added to the form and the user can click on the link in order to select all terms.

When 'Select children' is checked, when the editor clicks on the parent, it will automatically load the children levels and select them.

Fixes an issue when the user validates a form, where selection in the tree was lost.

Fixed bug where users without administer taxonomy permission couldn't expand the tree.

Made the default selection items happen server side.

First release of the module.
