Long footers (in excess of 3 lines, from what I've tried) don't fit properly and overflow out of the gray box at the bottom. This can cause a problem with many things including the default way to present Creative Commons licenses.
Tried using:

  • Firefox 2.0.0.11
  • Kubuntu Linux 7.10 Gutsy Gibbon
  • This theme
  • Added a Creative commons license from here to my footer
