What's the best play / plugin to use for a simple podcast.

1) Have featured podcast playable on home page
2) have playlist on page or in block where podcast can be played.

I was trying 1 Pixel but when I upgraded to SWF Tools 6.x-3 I can't get it to work anymore, so I'm looking at other players to try.
