FIXED: Problem with configuring the max number of substitutions per node.
UPDATE: Can now enable or disable node substitutions for each node type.
Important: You must now go to admin/content/types to enable node substitution for each node type that you want to substitute. But once substitutions are set up, they will continue to work regardless of content-type settings. So your substitutions from previous versions will still work after upgrading.
Now in addition to being able to substitute one node with a different one, it is also possible to specify a past revision for the target node. Choosing a revision is optional, and is done from a droplist. The default is the current revision.
