Just wanted to suggest perhaps adding a lil line/reference to the project description to suggest that this also works with "Show on every page except the listed pages." and "Show on only the listed pages." as i discovered yesterday. Such as "node/*/custom" works awesome, globally for anything that uses those type of url specifications.
