Stackpath purgeSelector is not working when multiple tags are listed in selectorValue. Therefor purging is now done 1 tag per item.

There were no changes since 8.x-1.0-alpha3. This module has been under use for 6 months with no issues. We felt it was time to tag the 1.0 release.
Fixing issues related to coding standards:
As the purger plugin is declared as multiinstance delete method needs to be implemented.
Initial release. Please read the documentation on how to add the purger. Also please install all the recommended modules, because without queue processor no purging will happen.
