Fixing licenses issue
Drupal 8's beta4 API are fairly stable now so I create Drupal 8 branch red theme with Bootstrap. It's bet1 version with Bootstrap.
New features. Site can be set as liquid width or fix width through theme setting page. Footer design is also improved.
