Issue #2244691: Views Exposed Filter not working as expected
First implementation of Max stars choice in Views exposed filters.
You'll need to open any views and save settings w/ a value in the "Star count (max)" field.
Change constant "STAR_COUNT" to our own namespace "RATY_STAR_COUNT"
