I have a use case involving the users uploading snapshots of something that was done in the real world, as part of a Quiz. This encourages users to take action on a given topic, in exchange for User Points, and a User Badge they can display in the Forums.

Those uploaded images would need to be verified before the Quiz was accepted as valid and the goodies were granted to the user. A Moderator would need to make sure the pictures were of the required result, and ensure that they weren't just copies of someone else's images already submitted.

This would require an Assignment to be able to deem the user to have successfully completed the Quiz only upon approval from someone with approval permissions. I'd like to request this feature.
