First beta release of Postfix Admin Console.

The base Recipe installs the Postfix Admin module and creates a dedicated postfix_administrator role for existing Drupal sites. The optional dedicated-site preset configures the Default Admin theme, dark mode, local task navigation, and a Domain list starting page.

This release also adds the source and usage documentation for the published Postfix Admin Console Docker demo. The Docker image is for evaluating the interface; it is not a mail server.
