I've made PET messages using hook_pet_defaults() so that I can use the recipient callback function to generate a custom recipient list based on SQL logic.

I want to use Rules Scheduler to setup this email to run periodically. I know i can pass ?uid=1 to the pet URLs to have the email send to my generated recipient list. But, I can't see how to tell a Rules Components how to load uid=1 (or "use") the recipient callback list.

I thought this was the easiest way to set this up. If I try to Execute "Send PET Email" from the Rules Admin it asks for a user and tries to use "site:current-user" all the time ...
