Problem/Motivation

When editing a Paragraph Bundle (/admin/structure/paragraphs/[machine-name]), the Label and Description fields have disappeared after upgrading to 7.x-1.0-rc5 version of Paragraphs leaving only the machine name field available. Also now missing the display of the current machine name. See attached screenshots.

Also showing issue of overridden features where the features now have their label and description fields removed. See attached screenshot.

Steps to reproduce

Upgrade paragraphs to 7.x-1.0-rc5
Go to /admin/structure/paragraphs and edit any paragraph bundle

Proposed resolution

Restore these fields from the previous version
