Major retool of the form and underlying logic from 1.x. Injects Date Repeat Field form into the recur form to process date logic.
Updated confirmation screen, before creation of new nodes.
Removed the ability to recur during creation. The option was too unstable, with the possibility that the field would be empty, and did not allow for confirmation, which helps keep accidental extraneous node creation to a minimum.
