Releases for Migrate JSON Source

Adjusted source ID to not include ".json" file extension.

This is a potentially-breaking change for already populated map tables. To work around this, either update the map tables to remove the extension or rollback and re-import the migration. Additionally, any handling of this through a migration process pipeline may need to be adjusted to accommodate.
