This is the first tagged release of the MapBox module, released along with a Managing News version. The module provides a MapBox layer type for OpenLayers 2.x and Gmap, as well as the Maki icon set for the OpenLayers module. It has no interface of its own but fills in interfaces in the mapping modules.
Rolling development release of this module. Currently this supports only OpenLayers 1.x because layer type stability has not been achieved in 0.x or 2.x.
Although a development release, this is rather usable. Enable it and you will have layer options for all released MapBox Tiles in OpenLayers 1.x. Note that for certain layers (DC and Afghanistan especially) it is necessary to restrict the extent and zoom levels of the map to avoid showing unrendered tiles.
