Maybe I'm dumb, but my logic for a weblinks directory would be that the directory only shows categories (if any, but it can't be set to zero) that are assigned to weblinks. However, the feature shows all of my dozens of categories (mostly for stories) and then the weblinks on the bottom of the page. Bug?
